NLHA Webinar: Bob Moss, David Gasson & Denise Muha Discuss “The View from Washington”

On June 17th, Bob Moss and David Gasson joined National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) Executive Director Denise Muha for “The View from Washington” panel as part of the organization’s first virtual Annual Meeting session.

The session provided a bird’s eye view of activity on Capitol Hill that has and will impact HUD assisted housing and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The panelists also addressed prospects for a 4 percent fix and a major infusion of rental subsidies, as well as the political climate shaping an Election Year.
